Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Installation, configure and troubleshooting of Laptop, computer hardware, Software, Network or USB Printer, Scanner, Projectors and various types of IT Equipment.
∎ Support for IP PABX/Telephone line related issues and troubleshooting problems of remote office connection through IP network.
∎ Support to factory locations for any IT related technical problems remotely or physically if needed.
∎ Installation and maintenance of IP camera, NVR in Head Office & Factory location.
∎ Installation new internet connection, computer setup for new users and shifting users and also troubleshooting problems of existing user.
∎ Installation and maintenance of Face, finger print/swap card attendance device.
∎ Support for end users including Microsoft Office suite, LAN management, e-mail such as web mail, MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail, ESET end point security etc.
∎ User Permission and Deletion of door Access control Devices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ IP Addressing, Subnet masking, MikroTik / Cisco router, wireless router, switches, firewalls, network printers.
∎ Installation, configure and troubleshooting of Laptop, computer hardware,
∎ Software, Network or USB Printer, Scanner, Projectors and various types of IT Equipment.
∎ Flexibility in thinking and problem-solving skills.
∎ Must be proactive, energetic and determined to meet deadlines.
∎ Able to work under pressure & agree to work on holidays, when required.
