Job Context:
∎ Confidence Cement Dhaka Ltd is looking for an Executive - IT
∎ Cement Plant Location: Danga, Narsingdi
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring all IT systems operate seamlessly based on the required infrastructure and networking
∎ Monitor Infrastructure and operating system performance, plan and manage upgrades by coordinating with suppliers and users
∎ Clear concept about internet backbone. Moreover, user support, design LAN and WAN with copper & fiber optics cable, networking & hardware knowledge are required
∎ To shoot out troubles and resolve hardware, software and connectivity problems including users access and component configurations
∎ Hardware and software installation, configure, repairing and maintenance of Computer hardware operating systems and applications
∎ Experienced with Linux server, Windows server such as: - active directory, and any ERP solution
∎ Experienced with Cisco Manageable switch. Clear concept on VLAN management
∎ Mikrotik router configuration such as destination NAT, Port-forwarding, PPTP-VPN, MAC based Access rule, etc. Must be experience with Bandwidth management using Mikrotik queue
∎ Experience with wireless networking, SSID management, access point configuration, and user management
∎ Other special jobs as may be assigned by the management
∎ Maintenance of NVR, IP CCTV system. Maintain devices and uses documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Vendor certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA will get preferences
∎ Multitasker, hardworking, team player, willing to learn, willing to work extra hours
∎ Pro-active, energetic and self-motivated
∎ Good communication skill both written and speaking in English
∎ Team player and good interpersonal skills
