Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure management. 

  • Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), MikroTik routers, Wi-Fi systems. 

  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (printer, desktop, laptop). 

  • Familiarity with CCTV setup and management. 

  • Basic understanding of payroll or ERP software is an advantage. 

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Network & System Management

  • Monitor and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and performance.

  • Configure and maintain MikroTik routers, switches, and wireless access points.

  • Manage internet connectivity, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems for optimal uptime and security.

2. Hardware & Infrastructure Support

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and printers.

  • Maintain inventory and oversee regular servicing and repair of IT hardware and accessories.

3. CCTV Surveillance System

  • Install and maintain CCTV camera systems across various locations.

  • Monitor system performance, ensuring secure and reliable storage of video footage.

4. Software Management

  • Provide technical support for payroll and other business-critical software.

  • Perform installations, updates, backups, and license management for enterprise applications.

5. IT Support & Troubleshooting

  • Respond to and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate IT support logs and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.

6. Customer & User Support

  • Engage with internal users to understand and resolve IT concerns effectively.

  • Provide user training and support on IT tools, systems, and applications.
