Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate effectively with foreign buyers, agents, and commercial teams.
Relationship Management; act as key coordinator between customers and the factory.
Assist in order execution, sample coordination, and follow-up with production and logistics teams.
Order Management daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
Production demand creation
Production follow up & update in customer portal
Communication of Delivery Changes & Cancellation with all stakeholders.
Weekly Shipment Plan sharing and adjustment with production concerns & others & daily follow up through execution
