Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate effectively with foreign buyers, agents, and commercial teams.
∎ Relationship Management; act as key coordinator between customers and the factory.
∎ Assist in order execution, sample coordination, and follow-up with production and logistics teams.
∎ Order Management daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
∎ Production demand creation
∎ Production follow up & update in customer portal
∎ Communication of Delivery Changes & Cancellation with all stakeholders.
∎ Weekly Shipment Plan sharing and adjustment with production concerns & others & daily follow up through execution
