Job Context:
SYMPHONY mobile is seeking a proactive Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager to support the Internal Audit Department for ensuring effective control, compliance, and operational efficiency. The role involves conducting audits across our mobile factory functions, focusing on inventory management, financial accuracy, and process improvement to safeguard company assets and enhance transparency.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits across inventory, payroll, finance, purchase and operations.
Verify internal controls, compliance, and process efficiency.
Perform pre-audit checks of bills, payments, and expense claims.
Analyze large datasets using Excel and ERP systems for audit insights.
Prepare concise audit reports with findings and recommendations.
Coordinate with departments to strengthen controls and ensure accuracy.
