Job Responsibilities:
∎ After review the pilot run garment note down the problem and discuss with concern people about those problem to take necessary action.
∎ Review all buyer comments test requirement & test report and also of safety requirement.
∎ Distribute the buyer comments among concern department by mail & hard copy.
∎ Conduct internal PP meeting for every style with concern people.
∎ Offer buyer PP meeting /OTM sewing inline & finishing in line with proper planning.
∎ Highlighting of sewing & finishing inline defective problem during inspection.
∎ Review the bulk wash and to make sure shade and dry process is ok compare with buyer comments & shade range.
∎ Prepare five defect reports based on final inspection finding.
∎ Represent final inspection, judgement & action to proceed further.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 33 years
∎ Working experience with Uniqlo buyer is mandatory.
∎ Self confident, sincere, positive mindset & problem solving attitude.
Salary: Negotiable
