Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware & Networking, IT System Management, MS Exchange Server
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Microsoft Office 365 user support;
∎ Ensure System & Network ( Desktop, Computer, Laptop, Printer, UPS, LAN, WAN etc) troubleshooting, maintenance and support;
∎ Ensure Active directory user support;
∎ Ensure In- house Application user support
∎ Ensure outsourced application maintenance and web portal users support
∎ Ensure effective and error free attendance system & antivirus application support
∎ Maintain CCTV Support system, Overseeing IP surveillance system & Access control
∎ Communicate with suppliers & third party for software related service and support;
∎ Maintain required MIS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Must have working experienced in ICT with large Textile/ Garments industry.
∎ Must have experience in active directory and MS Exchange Server
∎ Must have good English communication & presentation skill.
∎ Charming personality & team player.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
Salary: Negotiable
