Good understanding of sewing operations, WIP control, and production workflow.
Job Context
We are a leading jacket manufacturing company producing high-quality woven outerwear for global fashion brands. To strengthen our IE team, we are hiring an experienced and dynamic Executive – Industrial Engineering with strong QCO (Quick Changeover) knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct time–motion study, capacity analysis, and line balancing for jacket production.
Implement QCO practices to reduce changeover time and improve line efficiency.
Prepare SMV for all operations and maintain updated databases.
Monitor daily production efficiency and take necessary corrective actions.
Develop operation breakdowns and layouts based on style requirements.
Support sewing lines with method improvements and workstation optimization.
Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with production to achieve target outputs.
Work closely with Production, Quality, and Work Study teams to ensure smooth style changeover.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE performance reports.
