Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze original standard to do production samples as per buyer requirements, finalize washing recipes, and maintain testing parameters while improving sample quality and productivity.

• Engage in direct execution of samples . Take preventive & corrective actions for producing right quality samples and ensuring delivery within SOP specified time frame.

• Analyze risks and special features of styles and Facilitate internal pre-production (PP) meetings and disseminate important technical information across departments.

• Ensure blanket, shrinkage, size set, and pilot run preparation as per buyer standards for seamless production.

• Communicate with stitching units and merchandising teams to address quality issues arising during pre-production stage.

• Set up process counters/recipes, prepare shade bands, and manage bulk production approvals while ensuring technical compliance with buyer requirements.

• Engage with buyers on shade band reviews and approvals, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Lead process engineering activities to reduce non value adding process to streamline production without compromising quality of the final product.

• Should have good communication and computer knowledge.

• Handle other responsibilities and projects assigned by management.
