∎ Minimum 3-8 years’ experience;
∎ In-depth knowledge and experience in laser design;
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills on garment manufacturing and washing;
∎ In-depth knowledge about denim products and updated laser machine technology;
∎ Capable of working in shifts;
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking);
∎ Residence: Preferably in Gazipur;
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive;
∎ Good interpersonal skill;
∎ Sporting & other extra curriculum skill.

∎ To be able to create laser designs as per buyer requirements;
∎ Able to execute on graphics design;
∎ Collect new designs wherever they are available to enrich the collection and develop new ideas;
∎ Able to adjust laser machine intensity and print as per standard;
∎ Check and ensure the machine and software are workable;
∎ Able to prepare their own designs as per direction;
∎ Able to create files and other documents in an organized way;
∎ To achieve daily and monthly targets according to production planning,
∎ Coordinate with related departments for smooth production;
∎ According to the shipment plan, ensure style-wise productivity and on-time delivery closing;
∎ Ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are achieved;
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production;
∎ Create a highly motivated work force to achieve the target;
∎ Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers;
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
