∎ Strong understanding of sustainability principles, practices, and frameworks, including life cycle assessment, circular economy, and sustainable production;
∎ Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions to sustainability challenges;
∎ Strong communication skills (Both in Bangla & English), with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels;
∎ Have to do shifting duty. (Responsible for one shift).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing the new design as per buyer sample by graphic software/Photoshop and synthesize the design as per machine wise;
∎ To maintain daily production plan and ensure the quality of the garments;
∎ Responds quickly and effectively to solve the emergencies issues, crisis or unexpected problems during the night shift;
∎ To operate the section manpower efficiently and effectively;
∎ To ensure the maximum efficiency by minimizing downtime of machine through communication with maintenance section;
∎ Inform to the departmental manager for any call out or major crisis and other issues that may arise on night shift;
∎ Ensure discipline and efficiency of all juniors in Laser section.
