∎ Basic knowledge of IE tools and techniques;

∎ Excellent skill in reporting, powerpoint presentation, MS Excel, computer operating.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the capacity of assigned production lines with proper balancing;
∎ Method study of each operation to improve capacity;
∎ Calculation and reduction of changeover time;
∎ Find out all types of wastage in the designated area;
∎ Analyze the efficiency of each assigned line and find out the root causes of not achieving the goal;
∎ Implementation of Kaizen to minimize the cost and increase efficiency regularly;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the head of IE.
