Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking.

Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on day to day basis.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist Sr. IE to set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
Assist Sr. IE by study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations.
Assist Sr. IE to prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material.
Assist Sr. IE to analyze productivity and improve system by implementing kaizen process.
Check the production; absenteeism; print and embroidery; WIP, non-productive time; and compile reports on progress of work and production problems.
Carry out feasibility study for purchasing new machine.
Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards, Coordinate technical and pre-production meeting with production and quality team before new style/input are given to production floor.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.
