Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Sr. IE to set the target and draft and design layout of machine, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer;
∎ Assist Sr. IE by study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations;
∎ Assist Sr. IE to prepare layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and material;
∎ Assist Sr. IE to analyze productivity and improve system by implementing kaizen process;
∎ Check the production; absenteeism; print and embroidery;
∎ WIP, non-productive time; and compile reports on progress of work and production problems;
∎ Carry out feasibility study for purchasing new machine;
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards, Coordinate technical and pre-production meeting with production and quality team before new style/input are given to production floor;
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the safety, quality, compliance issues, and efficiency of the factory.
