Experience:
B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant working experience in Denim or Woven manufacturing. (Candidates with washing experience will be given extra advantage.)
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of various washing and dyeing methods.
Understanding of fabric testing parameters (physical and chemical) and their requirements.
Ability to work long hours on the factory premises on a day-to-day basis.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and update pre-production status, fabric documentation, and Oracle system reports.
Collect, review, and verify fabric test reports, FDS, TC, and other supplier documents.
Coordinate blanket incoming, washing schedules, and wash trials with relevant teams.
Monitor and analyze fabric issues across development and bulk stages, ensuring timely supplier take-up.
Review inspection reports, identify key defects using Pareto analysis, and track rejection issues (fabric, garment, cut panel).
Evaluate supplier performance through scorecards and correlation analysis, recommending process improvements.
Prepare fabric specifications (including pocketing), ensure lab test compliance, and conduct related trainings and projects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, PD&D, 1st Bulk, R&D, and Sample teams.
