∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining capacity of operators and planning for improvement.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/ Layout & calculate Man Vs Machinery ratio.
∎ Monitoring the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ Update skill inventory of workers on regular basis.
∎ Production Break Down, SMV calculation and Cycle Checking on regular basis.
∎ Responsible for Efficiency calculation, capacity assessment & analysis.
∎ Finalize manpower budget & production target focus to Management.
∎ Train workers with easy & standard methods to develop skilled workforce.
∎ Prepare & analyze daily line, floor, section wise production, quality, efficiency report in regular basis.
∎ Update daily production status to Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Floor/Line Management, Work Study, Planning.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven).
∎ Should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Must be very organized and systematic
∎ Must be honest, dedicated and hard working
∎ Good intellect and have sound sense of purpose.
∎ Those who are experience in garments sector only they can apply.
∎ Must have mentality to work in stress & long hours.
