Job Responsibilities:
∎ RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUTTING SECTION:
∎ Supply chain monitoring (Fabric in-house to bulk cut)
∎ Cutting hourly production monitoring.
∎ Style wise operation breakdown & SMV fixation for cutting section.
∎ Cutting manpower budget & balancing.
∎ Cutting efficiency report making.
∎ Prepare monthly cutting plan.
∎ PCD tracking reports maintain.
∎ Lost time monitoring & work for reduce lost time.
∎ RESPONSIBILITIES OF FINISHING SECTION:
∎ Supply chain monitoring (Accessories)
∎ Finishing hourly production monitoring.
∎ Style wise operation breakdown & SMV fixation for finishing section.
∎ Finishing manpower budget & balancing.
∎ Finishing efficiency report making.
∎ Prepare monthly finishing plan.
∎ Lost time monitoring & work for reduce lost time.
∎ Prepare style wise man & machine requirement.
∎ Wash send & rcv. report maintain and making plan for wash send.
∎ Daily finishing target setup & proper monitoring for OT reducing.
∎ Capacity study, production study & method development.
∎ Monthly OTD (on time delivery) monitoring.
∎ RESPONSIBILITIES OF SEWING SECTION:
∎ Requesting equipment and attachments well in advance in accordance with the manufacturing schedule.
∎ Conducting method research and educating operators on the best practices.
∎ Time study, capacity study and follow-up study of the running style & setting up line target and help to achieve.
∎ Line balancing and increase Line efficiency, Skill matrix for each worker per month.
∎ List out low efficiency operator and monitor to improve their efficiency.
∎ Assisting supervisors with line balance at periods of excessive operator absence.
∎ Finalized SMV & Operation bulletin of every styles (All Buyer).
∎ RESPONSIBILITIES OF WASHING SECTION:
∎ Accurately measuring factory output, effectiveness of changeovers, capacity study, time & motion study, machine failure, etc.
∎ To enhance various processes, establish SOPs, process flow charts, and process re-engineering.
∎ Conduct new operator competence assessments, maintain floor discipline, pinpoint training needs, and oversee the caliber of their work and professional advancement.
∎ SMV (Standard Minutes Value), efficiency calculation and assigned a target based on efficiency and SMV.
∎ Adopt industrial engineering practices anywhere you can to maximize efficiency, assure optimal resource usage, and assure QCO.
∎ Create and oversee the Training Center for new employees, work with HR to coordinate skill assessments during hiring, and oversee the Production Operator Skill Assessment Program.
∎ To implement IE tools & techniques in the factory.
∎ Any task issued by management that is relevant.

Salary: Tk. 25500 - 28500 (Monthly)
