Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To make capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study.
∎ Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
∎ Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure best productivity.
∎ Operators' skill test (both current and new) Train up and guide juniors ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery.
∎ Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine Overtime & loss time report prepared.
∎ Updating the SMV data base & method improvement.
∎ To monitoring All IE & Planning activities. Ensure breakdown and layout.
∎ Conduct 5'S Audit & campaign.
