Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)/ Textile from reputed institution. (Graduates from SUST, KUET,RUET, BUTEX are preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
cutting, Industrial Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up daily, weekly and monthly cutting plan.
∎ Calculate SMV style-wise and develop SMV bank.
∎ Cutting capacity study.
∎ Daily target setting SMV wise and follow-up to achieve target.
∎ Record the Non-productive Time (NPT)
∎ Calculate cutting efficiency and work to increase efficiency.
∎ Cutting section weekly & monthly KPI reporting and performance follow-up.
∎ Conduct Training about all lean tools and production management.
∎ Use lean tools like VSM, kaizen, 5S & Kanban system.
∎ Must need to follow up material movement and control cutting WIP
∎ Control the Extra Overtime.
∎ Style-wise consumption checking and cutting wastage management.
∎ Have to proactive on process improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Inter-personal skills.
