∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills in garment manufacturing (Denim);
∎ In-depth knowledge about working in the R&D department;
∎ In-depth knowledge of denim products;
∎ Computer literacy & must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of handling buyer accounts and sample development as per customer demand;
∎ Responsible for all types of sample washing with a feasibility study of product and risk analysis;
∎ Effectively interact with Department Head, Merchandiser, Product Developer, Production Team, and other R&D team members to accomplish company goals;
∎ Lead and ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials;
∎ Ensure adherence to customer guidelines and instructions during the garment processing stage;
∎ Ensure desired garment quality and all test parameters through lab testing as per buyer requirements;
∎ Monitor wash recipes for proper chemical dosing and provide wash recipes to initiate first bulk for setting up bulk production recipes;
∎ Responsible for all research and innovation tasks assigned by management.
