∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of production management (Finishing, Packaging) in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Required good commination skill;
∎ Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationship;
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented;
∎ Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, E-Mail & Internet Browsing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure and follow up packing condition and confirm the packing list for all buyers to ship the garments on time as per inspection schedule;
∎ Ensure the correct packing of garments inside the carton according to buyer's instruction;
∎ Arrange inspection with buying QC before completion of finished order quantity;
∎ Ensure on time hand over of finished carton to store for shipment after successful inspection of garments;
∎ Plan to remain not more than the defined percentage of wastage at finishing process;
∎ Comply with company rules & regulations to increase productivity & stay organized;
∎ Assist in training on roles & responsibilities of the subordinates and workers;
∎ Assist in training on machine & equipment handling;
∎ Conduct proper training on product safety;
∎ Cut to ship 90% to 98%;
∎ Final statement close within 5 days;
∎ Lead compliance activities in production floor to maintain healthy & cordial working environment which meets all criteria of social standard;
∎ Ensure safety measures for our workforce;
∎ Maintain good industrial relation and take proper initiative towards worker retention and to reduce unauthorized absenteeism;
∎ Ensure proper implementation of Sharp tools procedure;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
