Additional Requirements:
Preferably 4–5 years of working experience in denim garments/textiles or woven denim manufacturing industries.
Must have basic knowledge on Fabric manufacturing, shade evaluation, testing & inspection process.
Must have basic knowledge on different washing & dyeing method.
Additional Requirements:
Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking.
Must have sufficient knowledge on computer handling specially MS office.
Must be ready to work under pressure.
Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on day to day basis.
Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure fabric, trims & accessories inspection as per buyer requirements.
Ensure fabric inspection process shade, shrinkage and skewness process, fabric weight check follow up, wash blanket follow up and highlighted to Superior if there is any discrepancy.
Keeping all the evidence of washed blanket, fabric detects swatch, shade card, shrinkage panel for take up supplier.
Analysis day to day cutting problems and highlighted to Superior for solving the Issue.
Follow up Shade swatch card and shade band approval with wash team.
Taking responsibility for maintain good housekeeping & maintain documentary related to Compliance & technical Audit.
Follow-up cutting requirements of fabric on dally basis.
Cross check all types of reports which is generated by fabric team.
Ensure 100% garments checking after receiving garments from Wash for Shade, Effect (Dry-Wet) and take responsibility of any kind of Issue related with Shade.
Data analysis, fabric mill scorecard and Pareto analysis.
Perform any other task assigned by authority.
