Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring of all Manpower (Fabric store) duties & Job responsibilities;
∎ Maintaining & following up on the Stock Register of all Imported Oriented Items;
∎ Maintaining ORACLE (Software) fabric related to every issuance (Received/Issued/Left Over/Sample etc.);
∎ Prepared fabric requirement sheets and Reported to the Manager & other related Persons;
∎ Maintaining of receiving schedule for all Imported and Local Fabric;
∎ Prepared Monthly Stock/Issuance Statements of Fabric and reported to the Manager & other related Persons;
∎ Reconciliation of items after orders are shipped;
∎ Maintain all relevant documents/registers for all stock positions and get those quarterly audited by the audit team;
∎ Ensure safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace;
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy store site;
∎ Coordination with the concerned department to receive and deliver the schedule;
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
