Job Responsibilities:
Receive the Master Cut Plan from the Planning Department and review it;
Prepare the table plan for cutting;
Follow up with the cutting section to ensure the planned quantity is achieved;
Review orders, styles, and fabric types to create the table plan;
Request fabric from the store;
Prepare the fabric reconciliation report;
Prepare the fabric utilization details;
Perform pre-cutting activities, including setting up the daily cutting plan (such as shrinkage reports, size set, and fabric relaxation visibility);
Review the next month`s plan at least 15 days before production starts;
Prepare the recut plan where necessary;
Set up the daily cut plan based on line demand and shipment priority;
Follow up on the daily cut plan versus actual production;
Prepare the size breakdown and marker ratio plan;
Prepare the style-wise consumption report and work towards reducing cutting consumption;
Prepare the style closing report;
Follow up on cutting efficiency, marker efficiency, housekeeping, and maintain working hours and DHU.
