Job Responsibilities:
∎ Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, source top talent through various channels, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
∎ Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, handle workplace conflicts, and maintain open lines of communication between employees and management.
∎ Performance Management: Develop and administer performance review processes, provide feedback and coaching to employees, and create performance improvement plans as needed.
∎ Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop and facilitate training programs, and ensure employees have access to resources for professional growth.
∎ HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
∎ Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, develop and administer benefits programs, and oversee payroll processing.
∎ Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee events.
∎ HR Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
Additional Requirements:
