Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree with PGD HRM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficiently conduct recruitment & selection procedure that includes job advertisement, CV screening, scheduling job interviews, contacting candidates as needed.
∎ Manage the talent acquisition and retention process in collaboration with departmental in charges to understand skills and competencies required for incumbents.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check, and verify identity before confirming
∎ employment of the candidate.
∎ Perform day-to-day HR operations as well as periodical and special assignments.
∎ Maintain and update the employees personal file.
∎ Conduct payroll activities, increment process, incentive, bonus, service confirmation,
∎ promotion, and full & final settlement (F&FS).
∎ Prepare & maintain daily attendance reports, update leave database of employees.
∎ Developing and maintaining different HR & Corporate policies and procedures in the light of Labor Law & industry standard and practice.
∎ Review, modify or develop Job Descriptions in accordance with the requirement of the
∎ organization.
∎ Manage Performance Management System (PMS) by setting and monitoring KPI, analyze individual performance, take necessary steps to rectify shortfall and improve efficiency of employees.
∎ Handle Disciplinary issues & procedures, grievances and employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Assists to conduct competency analysis and succession planning of employees.
∎ Initiate employee's professional development activities by TNA, curriculum & module
∎ development, arranging training and evaluation of the development process etc.
∎ Prepare employee engagement calendar and initiate various types of employee engagement activities as per calendar.
∎ Maintain and upgrade existing software, provide support to the implementation of new software modules.
∎ Comply with any other assignment as instructed by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have minimum 02 years experience in the following area(s):
∎ HR Operations/Hospital HR.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
