Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate recruitment & selection process
∎ Carry out orientation program for new employees
∎ Maintain all personal files and employee database
∎ Carry out performance appraisal process
∎ Maintain Attendance & Leave Management
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Must have good knowledge in computer application packages (Especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Salary: Negotiable
