Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ The position requires the jobholder preferably to have MBA major in Management or HRM/ Masters in Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To attract and retain the 'appropriate talent' as Star Paradise Ltd needs and to employ them 'fittingly.
∎ To set in compensation within the appropriate salary range in consultation with the MD and Coordinate to prepare monthly payroll and employee benefits
∎ To deliver sustained business success through employee performance by efficient & effective process of Performance Appraisal, Development Appraisal & Performance Coaching.
∎ Maintain & Control of all leave , attendance , monthly salary statement by payroll system.
∎ Develop organization responsive to changing environment by keeping employees, motivated, innovative and committed
∎ Ensure Proper rolling out of HR tools like MT (Management trainee) program, Succession planning, TRM (Talent Review Meeting).
∎ To develop & implement reward architecture to support FHL long-term sustainable goals
∎ To develop & implement different portfolio of interventions, i.e. on-the job, off-the-job, e-learning, cross functional project etc. in order to minimizing the competency gap.
∎ To continue enhancing relationship with management employees ensuring compliance of labor laws, improving shop floor culture & communication.
∎ To oversee the orientation program of new recruit and Staff members are trained and provided with opportunities to acquire new knowledge and skills.
∎ To ensure appropriate standard of health & safety in all workplaces through bench-marking & continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The job holder requires demonstrating Strong analytical ability, having computer literacy, ability to manage critical situation, knowledge of statistics, ability to work under stress and most importantly holds team mentality.
∎ Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in MNC or locally reputed organization.

∎ The role of this particular position consists of execution of HR policy, appointing right man in right place at right time, conduct competency gap analysis and competency based training, maintaining congenial working environment, motivate employees towards organizational goal, establishing role profile, ensuring open & transparent management system and ensuring safety and security measures.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
