∎ MBA in HRM from Public University and any reputed private university.
∎ English Medium Background is highly preferred.

Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment of candidate.
∎ To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Support to care for Disciplinary and regulatory issues as per Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019, provide support in different disciplinary action i.e. warning, termination, dismissal etc.
∎ Ensure the hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
∎ Prepare different MIS reports as and when required.
∎ Check all kinds of bills as per company policies.
∎ Assist to Employee engagement activities across the organization
∎ Coordinate other HR & Admin operational works as per requirement.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge in BLL 2006 with up to date amendment, Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law 2019, BLR 2015.
∎ Sound knowledge in database development.
∎ Advanced level user of computer spreadsheet along with other MS office tools.
∎ Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration will get preferred.
∎ Excellent writing, typing and verbal communication skill in both English and Bangla.
∎ Strategic thinker and Problem solving and decision-making ability.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills.
