∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass) in HRM or Masters degree ideally in HRM.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment and Onboarding.
∎ Administration and record keeping.
∎ Performance and reward management.
∎ Employee relations and engagement.
∎ Training and development.
∎ Support payroll issues.
∎ Support annual performance appraisal & implementation with program and development.
∎ Manage daily attendance, leave and related task.
∎ Support compliance issues, safety & security and hygienic as per labour law in central office and factory premises.
∎ Ensure timely payments to DESCO, WASA, GAS, and T&T.
∎ Ensure maintenance of office premises and outlets.
∎ Ensure hygienic housekeeping in central office and outlets through supervising relevant relevant staffs.
∎ Should be able to handle transport, liaison police station, local authority, fire service, Environment office, DIEF, BRTA, and other utilities office.
∎ To Coordinate and Support top Management.
∎ Communication skill through English will be treated one step ahead.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Experience working in a standalone HR role.
