∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Should have knowledge of the denim garment quality process.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Expert in facing various technical audits & communicating with different buyers with CAP.
∎ The candidate who worked with the Flying Machine team will be preferred.
∎ Should have knowledge of inspection, quality standard upgrading, and shipment.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ Should have knowledge of the denim garment quality process.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the products.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Maintain and improve product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support.
∎ Maintain subordinates to ensure the proper quality system according to buyer requirements.
∎ Develop and maintain quality assurance objectives and coordinate production procedures in cooperation with the production team.
∎ Plans, promotes, and organises training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Taking the necessary action or informing the authority if any discrepancies happen.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the production team & QA team to get corrective and preventive action plans.
∎ Develop and maintain QA programmes complementary to the enterprise quality system, corporate objectives, and policies.
∎ Review the bulk wash, ensuring the shade and dry process as per buyer requirements.
∎ Interpret and support quality policies and implement guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and documents.
∎ Report any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Department.
∎ Any other assignment given by the head of the quality department.
