Responsibilities & Context:
Handling day to day Air Freight Operations
Communication with all the relevant stakeholders.
End to end follow to conclude the shipment proceedings.
Manage Booking international and domestic cargo flights to several destinations.
Retaining data from multiple cargo flights and flight agencies (GSA/CSA), negotiating rates and sales.
Responsible for coordinating with consignee & airport operation team.
Regularly monitor shipment tracking and IGM on the ASYCUDA global system, and contact airlines if any discrepancies are discovered.
Follow up with the operations team on shipment-related issues such as DN & DO issues.
To convey the shipment route and follow up with the origin shipper and buying houses, as well as to keep the overseas team updated.
Any other jobs assigned by the top management.
