∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, Freight Forwarding Company, Sea Freight
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling day to day Air Freight Operations
∎ Communication with all the relevant stakeholders
∎ End to end follow to conclude the shipment proceedings
∎ Manage Booking international and domestic cargo flights to several destinations.
∎ Retaining data from multiple cargo flights and flight agencies (GSA/CSA), negotiating rates and sales.
∎ Responsible for coordinating with consignee & airport operation team.
∎ Regularly monitor shipment tracking and IGM on the ASYCUDA global system, and contact airlines if any discrepancies are discovered.
∎ Follow up with the operations team on shipment-related issues such as DN & DO issues.
∎ To convey the shipment route and follow up with the origin shipper and buying houses, as well as to keep the overseas team updated.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in English Writing & Speaking.
∎ Very good in computer skill.
∎ Efficient in exchanging emails
∎ Software: MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
∎ Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
∎ Must have working experience in freight forwarding company.
