Responsibilities & Context:

1. Ensure that the factory’s Fire Alarm, Protection, and Detection Systems are fully functional at all times.

2. Conduct regular fire risk assessments and inspections across all facilities to identify hazards and safety concerns.

3. Verify that fire extinguishers are installed as required, properly maintained, and in good working condition.

4. Maintain fire safety registers, logs, and documentation accurately and on a scheduled basis.

5. Organize and conduct regular fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises to build employee awareness and preparedness.

6. Stay updated with current fire safety regulations, standards, and best practices.

7. Carry out periodic audits and inspections to detect potential hazards and regulatory violations.

8. Recommend and implement corrective actions to eliminate fire risks.

9. Inspect fire safety equipment regularly, including extinguishers, alarms, and sprinkler systems.

10. Develop and deliver fire safety training programs for employees at all levels.

11. Prepare detailed incident reports and propose corrective measures following fire-related events.

12. Perform roll calls to ensure fire personnel are present and on duty.
