Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, Excellent communication skill, leadarship and negotiation, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel)

∎ To be a part of the Finance Team, you must be able to perform the following Job Responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly/ daily basis staff payment checking, Codifying.
∎ Update the monthly/ daily basis staff payment in WIS online software.
∎ Advance payment to staff statement preparation as regular basis and follow up with staff and reporting.
∎ Daily Deposits the Cheque /pay order into bank.
∎ Regular follow up the dishonored cheque with credit control and business team.
∎ Regular follows up the inward remittances pending list with bank and share with the credit control & business team for collecting the supporting documents.
∎ Daily share the direct deposit by clients into bank from banking online portal and share with credit control and business team.
∎ Supports to credit control and business for back-to-back L/C and FDD forwarding.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Knowledge of any computerized accounting system.
∎ Knowledge of local Tax & VAT rules & regulations for suppliers’ payment.
∎ Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal.
∎ Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.
∎ Proficiency at understanding, speaking, reading, and writing in English
