Finance/ Accounts, Income Tax and VAT, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and administrate company accounts, cash & bank transactions, cash & fund flow statements, and reconciliation statements on daily basis.
∎ Record bills, and vouchers properly to ensure accuracy in all accounting results.
∎ Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of expenses to assure operational efficiency.
∎ Maintain necessary books of accounts for respective business units.
∎ Monitor receivables and payable of relevant entries regularly to substantiate the financial relationship of the company.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation statements monthly to ensure regularity in reconciliation.
∎ Conduct audits at assigned business for Head office & factory premises to ensure the accuracy of Accounts.
∎ Prepare different financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
∎ Corporate and individual Income tax planning for future period and Income tax planning for finalization of assessment of Company's and Individual.
∎ Preparation of annual Tax return and Tax audit for the organization.
∎ Ensure submission of Income Tax return in due time along with the required documents.
∎ Prepare and execute the individual Income tax files of all directors of the organization.
∎ All others type of RJSC related work.
∎ Monthly VAT Return preparation and submission.
