Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 27 to 30 years
- Experience in Automobile service related (preferable), specially Dealer monitor / technical problem solve, improve service quality.
- Motorcycle riding with valid driving license.
Responsibilities & Context:
Clarify company policies and targets to dealers.
Ensure and Monitor customer contacts and solve problem if customer complaint.
Regular visit, monitor & conduct DLR operation verification according to HONDA standard.
Monitor day to day DLR operation and improvement.
Regular communication and reporting about daily, weekly & monthly of dealers service & spare parts sales activities.
Report to management daily, weekly & monthly update situation.
Focus on Spare parts, Accessories and Engine oil in-house & ex- house sales.
Any other responsibility assign by superior for organizational requirement.
