Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We need some Female Executives (Part/Full Time) who are able to handle our client and their queries and grievances. For the first 03 months, Candidates must have work in Mirpur Zone (Part/Full Time) & after first 03 months, they can be shifted in any location of the Dhaka City if they want.
Job Descriptions:
Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone or Face to Face.
Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand clients requirements
Enter and update client information in the database.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts facilitate future sales.
