Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / BBA from a recognized university.

• Develop and execute audit plan based on factory operations

• Perform risk assessment to identify areas of potential vulnerability and prioritize audit activities accordingly.

• Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and recommend improvement.

• Physically measures all incoming and outgoing materials, construction materials and measurement.

• Identify inefficiencies, fraud risks, and areas of improvement & Report to the concerned person.

• Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless audit processes.

• Ensure complete, accurate & Timely audit information & report to the concerned person.

• Factory fixed asset management, Wastage, Scrap monitoring.

• Prepare construction materials measurement as per specifications, Rate analysis & help to cost reduction.

• Ensure effectiveness of daily labour management & Bill checking & Actual amount submission to payment.

• Provide training and guidance on internal control requirements.

• Review the inventory taking schedule quarterly, half yearly, yearly & ensure proper inventory management.

• To ensure the reconciliation as per requirements.

• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing & Reconciliation.

• Any task assigned by the management.
