Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the warehouse staff and their daily activities
∎ Ensure document verification at the time of material receiving both for import and local items
∎ Check whether all required information are updated in ERP like booking, WO or PO etc.
∎ Prepare efficient put away plan for smooth picking or issuing of materials
∎ Arrange manpower and complete the materials unloading task within shortest possible time
∎ Ensure material's quality inspection to be done by QC team
∎ Take necessary measure/s for material counting ASAP
∎ Communicate anomalies to respective sourcing team members and BU Head (if any)
∎ Complete MRR in ERP and update materials availability info to the concerned
∎ Handover the materials upon reviewing the Buyer order, style, booking quantity etc. and update the issue in ERP
∎ Maintain FIFO in issuing from warehouse and perform periodic aging analysis of stocks
∎ Ensure on time update of all ERP transactions
∎ Organize and maintaining inventory and storage area
∎ Keep record of left over quantity and prepare weekly and monthly reports
∎ Ensure physical inventory must be same as ERP stock at any point of time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Creative problem-solving skills
∎ Comfortable with multitasking
∎ Sound working knowledge on MS Office Package
