Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ MBA in MIS will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
MIS, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement new business module of ERP.
∎ Analyze the requirements of end users and test & integrate applications.
∎ Provide support to end users and investigate data discrepancies and application errors.
∎ Propose modification and enhancement of existing application to improve their functionality.
∎ Understand different level of MIS report and its impact on business process
∎ Develop presentation and user manuals of ERP modules
∎ Collaborate between ERP team and end users.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 year experience in ERP implementation.
∎ Must have knowledge of technical application, operating system and application software
∎ The incumbent must understand every process of Garments & Textile manufacturing : Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Merchandising, Planning, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Inventory Management and Maintenance.
∎ Ability to work long hours and/or weekends when necessary.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Ms. Office, internet etc.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
