Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in Environmental Science with excellent academic results from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Environmental Compliance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Environmental Compliance, Environmental Management System, Health Safety and Environment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all Code of Conduct of buyers & third parties to establish environmental sustainability.
∎ Coordinating all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation and renewable energy.
∎ Prepare factory for Environmental compliance audit.
∎ To work for certification audits like GOTS, OCS, RCS, OEKOTEX, ISO 14001 etc.
∎ Maintaining all environmental data like Electricity, Natural Gas, Diesel, Water, Wastewater, Wastage materials etc.
∎ Training staff at all levels in environmental issues and guidelines for future work.
∎ Arranging monthly environmental testing like Air, Noise, Temperature, Light, Humidity, Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS), Volatile organic compounds (VOC) etc. through authorized service providers and keep update test report.
∎ To conduct internal environmental audits and prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) to solve the relevant issues.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in Garments/Textile will get the preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Candidate is expected to be very proactive, dynamic and self-motivated.
∎ Good command in English & Bengali.
∎ Good skills on MS word, Excel & power Point.
Salary: Negotiable
