Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct independent audits on construction projects and technical works to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness, providing value-added recommendations to management.
Visit construction sites to assess the quality of civil/MEP works, evaluate internal controls, and recommend improvements.
Review and verify construction, technical, and related bills for accuracy before payments.
Participate in techno-commercial negotiations with vendors/contractors.
Analyze project budgets and propose cost-effective solutions while ensuring quality.
Conduct audits and reviews on factory operations, offering recommendations for cost savings and efficiency.
Monitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed action plans and audit recommendations.
Assist in designing and upgrading organizational policies, processes, SOPs, and process reengineering.
