∎ Assist In-charge of Injection Molding & Extruder section to perform daily activities.
∎ Supervise cleanliness of the crushing and mixing machine floor and machines.
∎ Guide crushing and mixing section team for maintaining quality of materials.
∎ Follow and guide the team according to SOP of respective area.
∎ Communicate with molding section for proper material handling and complaint of material.
∎ To prepare QMS related documents assign by the in-charge of engineering molding section.
∎ Perform risk management activities.
∎ Perform environmental Management System (EMS) related activities.
∎ Prepare monthly production related report of crushing and mixing section.
∎ Prepare SOP & maintain daily document of crush & mixing re-pelletizer section.
∎ To prepare QMS related documents assign by the in-charge of molding section.
∎ Perform validation activities of crush mixing.
