Responsibilities & Context:
Overall maintenance of substation, generator & electrical equipment in high-rise commercial building.
Candidate should have knowledge on PLC, HMI, VFD & other instrument equipment.
Candidate should have knowledge to understand the Electrical & Instrument drawings & implement accordingly.
Develop & implement preventive maintenance plans along with critical spare parts consumption for all electrical equipment & machineries.
Candidate should have ability to prepare the electrical distribution plan according to the project requirement.
Good Knowledge of electrical switchgear protection, control & signal system.
Should have good knowledge in HVAC system.
