• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

• Age 24 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Excellent communication & negotiation skill.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva and other design tools.

• Develop and execute the online sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

• Manage digital budgets, forecasting, and performance KPIs.

• Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce and ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment, and after-sales service

• Use analytics tools and Plan & manage SEO, SEM, social media, email, and SMS marketing campaigns.

• Graphics design (Static & Dynamic Content) for promotional visuals for online sale promotion.

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and work with ERP system.

• Knowledge about SQL Server databases, Queries tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, and functions.

• Maintain data integrity and consistency through constraints and triggers.

• Support data migration and integration between multiple systems.

• Respond to user issues via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely manner.

• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

• Assist with server and domain management under IT administrator supervision.

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, AWS, and basic networking.

• Other works as per requirement of Management.
