Job Context:
∎ Utshob Group is looking for some young, energetic & experienced Executive (E-commerce) for its vacant position. Applicants having relevant working experience in any E-commerce company/ Facebook Pages/Websites are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Job Location: Merul Badda, Dhaka
∎ Office Time: 11.00 am to 7.00 pm ( Sunday -Thursday)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven ability to be a self-starter and sound knowledge of International beauty & toiletries brands.
∎ Upload the product's price and image on the website and Facebook page.
∎ Resolve customer issues in an efficient and quick manner.
∎ Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information regarding beauty and toiletries brands.
∎ Monitor trends in customers and competitors.
∎ Response to the client through Facebook and phone calls.
∎ Daily order generates and processes for the delivery team.
∎ Maintain and enhance the company's positive brand image by providing superior customer service.
∎ Skilled in website and Facebook page management.
∎ Able to fulfill monthly sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
