Additional Requirements:

• Age At most 28 years

• Basic knowledge of online marketplaces and social media sales channels.

• Proficiency in online marketplace operations and digital marketing tools.

• Proficiency in English and Bangla (written and verbal) is must.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Upload and manage product listings on company websites and online marketplaces (Daraz, Pickaboo, Facebook Shop, etc.).

• Process and track online orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social channels.

• Support digital marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare basic reports.

• Product price update and follow up.

• Maintain good communication with external branding agencies and partners.

• Manage company website and other social media platforms.

• Arrange social media campaigns.
