Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute digital marketing & social media campaigns
∎ Create engaging, brand-consistent content (text, graphics, videos)
∎ Manage e-commerce platform: product listings, updates, and inventory
∎ Handle customer queries across social media, phone, and email
∎ Collaborate with design and sales teams for aligned campaign execution
∎ Coordinate with sales to support promotional strategies
∎ Maintain daily marketing reports and documentation
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and tech-savvy individual to join our Sales & Marketing team. As the Executive, the candidate will play a vital role in building our brand presence online, managing our e-commerce activities, and ensuring smooth communication with our customers.
